Juggle Me (For the DJs) – Defari

Defari’s late 1990s jammer “Juggle Me” is a track for the DJs in particular, but for the Bboys and Bgirls as well.

The late 1990s era was a time of transition for Hip-Hop, when regions other than the traditional East and West Coasts (New York and Los Angeles) were building on their popularity and the different styles were battling themselves, shaping what would be 21st Century Hip-Hop.

Amid the joints to come from King Tee’s (@kingtla) West Coast Hip-Hop Collective Likwit Crew was Defari’s (@mr_defari) DJ-centric “Juggle Me”, equipped with a breakbeat for the cipher.

Suede Chief

I had a DOPE cassette promo from Tony Touch (@djtonytouch) where he did with the track just what the title said: Juggled the sh*t out of it!
